General notes

• The logo of a father’s hand and a baby's hand trying to reach it. It symbolises a healthy family relationship.

• A mission statement is a general purpose organisation's existence. Therefore, the text's purpose is more or less the same thing.

• The website looks like a blog post, with the header and extra information and the tags section at the end of an article.

• A line separates footnotes from the text. They are not a part of the text but additional information that is supposed to help.

• An introduction followed by a fictional conversation.

• The metaphor between the baking system and the parent-child relationship.

• The fictional dialogue has many metaphors connecting banking concepts to the family relationship.

• Dad is a stand-in for the audience, and “you” in the dialogue directly refers to the reader.

• The stereotype that dad earns money, the banking topic is picked to appeal to these people.

• It is meant to be amusing while talking about a relatively modern issue.
